Overview
The “Quadrado 11” is one of the most special houses in Trancoso, as it perfectly combines proximity to the beach and the heart of the village, the charming Quadrado.
The house is only 30 meters from the Quadrado, on a very quiet and tree-lined street that leads to the beach – it’s just a 5-minute walk to Praia dos Nativos.
The house itself is also a spectacle, offering a wonderful view of the sea and the Trancoso River. A true privilege!
On the property, filled with vegetation and native trees, there are two houses and a suite. Each of the houses has 3 suites, so the entire property has 7 suites and can accommodate 16 guests.
Both houses are fully equipped and have their own pool. They can also be rented separately, accommodating different numbers of guests. You can read the details of each one below.

House Details
There are 2 houses and a suite. All with generous spaces, cozy decor and full of charm.
Casa Grande: There are 3 bedrooms, one suite on the top floor (king size bed), living room, balcony, TV, DVD, minibar and full bathroom. 2 more bedrooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms. Living rooms, TV, dining, kitchen, bar and service area. Outside, a huge patio with deck, garden, shower and dining table next to the pool. With a 180º view to the beach. Sleeps 6 people.
Orange House: Three suites. Private pool, dining room with fan, equipped kitchen, bathroom, cable TV and MP3 stereo. On the ground floor slab, a magical atmosphere created by a covered terrace, consisting of an open living room and a bed overlooking the sea. As an extension of the garden in front of the house, a deck on top of the cliff, facing the beach of Trancoso. Ideal for 6 people.
Suite: Suite outside the Main House, accommodates a couple. Equipped with air conditioning, TV and minibar, it has a balcony with a hammock and is a comfortable option when you need another room. Ideal for 2 people.

Festivals in Quadrado
On the 19th and 20th of January, the traditional festival of São Sebastião takes place in the Historic Square of Trancoso, where the natives celebrate the day of the saint to the sound of leather samba. The mast, postcard of the village, is changed in a big party. The same happens on days 2 and 3 of February when they celebrate the day of São Brás.Submit your review | |
