This big house surrounded by the Atlantic Forest stretches to the sand of Itapororoca Beach, one of the most beautiful destinations in Trancoso.
The property has 9 en-suites: a master en-suite overlooking the sea in the Main House; and 7 others split between 3 bungalows.
Every single detail was taken into consideration for this architectural project, making it the perfect refuge for families and group of friends looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday in Southern Bahia. Among other things, the house has a spa area, a jacuzzi, a hot tub, a cinema room, a gourmet space with a pizza oven, a wood oven, a barbecue and a draft beer machine, as well as a beach tennis court.
The “Itapororoca 12” also provides guests with bicycles, kayaks, stand up paddles and full beach support.
The charming and authentic décor is signed by Nana Salles and brings several elements of the Bahian culture through incredible local artisan’s pieces.
Another highlight of this property is their saltwater pool treatment, which means using salt instead of chlorine in the swimming pool. This salt-based treatment is considered more ecological and less aggressive to the skin and hair, being the ideal choice for people with skin sensitivity.

– The bathrooms in the bungalows have an entrance through the garden, which gives direct access to the bathroom, if the guest does not want to dirty the room with sand.
