House by the beach at the Nativos Beach, this beautiful house built in Zen style, has an integrated architecture that values well-being and contact with nature.
The property is located in the center of a plot of 30,000.00 m2, surrounded by an extensive tropical garden that extends to the sandy beach. There are more than 125m facing the sea, where guests enjoy full beach support.
“Nativos 07” has structures in glass and certified wood, prioritizing local traditions and sustainable design. The pool also uses eco-treated water and is one of the highlights of the house. Surrounded by a large wooden deck, partly shaded by native trees, with lounge chairs and large sofas that form a natural room under the treetops.
The house has seven suites that are totally different from each other; each with its own soul, history and inspiration. The suites are distributed between the Main House and 6 spacious bungalows, three of them overlooking the sea and the other 3 overlooking the forest.
To complete the experience, there is an oceanfront luau space with sofas and a large table for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The house also has a rustic indoor and outdoor gym, a game room, as well as covered spaces for yoga and other physical and meditative activities.
